A Thriving Community Connecting
People, Buildings and Things (IoT)
On A Mission to Transform the Real Estate Industry
The real estate industry is responsible for consuming a whopping 40% of energy globally, emitting 30% of the total greenhouse gas emissions in the process.
As a Community, we are particularly focused on helping real estate organisations adopt more sustainable practices. Equipping them with better technology to more efficiently measure, manage, act and report on their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) data, and create built-environments that support better wellbeing for their users.
UN Sustainable Development Goals
The UNs Sustainable Development Goals are the blueprint to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all. They address the global challenges we face, including poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, peace and justice.
If you're not familiar with the Goals, this short video will give you a quick overview.
Turning Vision Into Reality
I’m really excited about helping property owners/managers to realise the true potential of their buildings and the built environment. I’m fully committed to understanding the true value digital transformation will deliver property owners and how next-generation wireless infrastructure will shape the internet of things (IoT).
